Generally, our sessions will include a mix of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility work, and functional movements. We might use free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, cardio machines, and other equipment. Each session is designed to be varied and challenging to help you make consistent progress and keep things interesting.

  • There is no commitment when you sign up with Train with Brooke. To cancel your training package, please notify us by email at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle. This ensures that you will not be billed for the following month. No refunds will be available for your current month.
